What Is A Blueprint Of A Computer

Fassmer predicts the death of Colonel Delgado Chalbaud

Our friend, Enrique Esteguy, the magician Abracadabra, we forwarded a very interesting message to send just Dr. Kerdel-Vegas, about a strange incident in Caracas in November 1950.

Colonel Carlos Delgado Chalbaud, President, then, the military junta that ruled Venezuela, was kidnapped and killed on day 13, just days after speaking with Fassmer. Since that time, several sources said the president had warned Fassmer that he would be killed. Not everyone agrees, however, how came the warning. Counted, and even published in the press, various anecdotes. When that episode included in the biography, we opted for the version that had Deyka, then, wife Fassmer; version Fassmer not deny in 1982 while writing his memoirs.

If the version provided by the Dr. Kerdel-Vegas we had arrived on time, we would have included in the biography for readers to decide which one to credit. It did not, but at least we can offer both versions to the visitors of this blog.

First, the full copy of Henry Esteguy message, and immediately after the passage of Chapter XX of the biography, called Las Americas which has the episode. It would be interesting to get feedback on which version you seem more plausible.

Dear Mary:
I received this e-mail from a relative and I think you might be interested. We will have to add, perhaps, in the 2 nd edition of the book.
I send you, with affection, a kiss

Enrique and Carlos Delgado Chalbaud Fassmer

many years ago, Dr. Francisco (Paco) Scannone and his wife told me a strange story in connection with the hypnotist , seer and magician English, José Mir, alias "Fassmer", in relation to Carlos Delgado Chalbaud.

As memory is fragile, I wanted to confirm today what X and now remembered what I had copied:
were, a group of about thirty people (of which only two are left alive, X and another lady who unfortunately can not testify as suffering from Alzheimer's disease), guest house Dr. Alfredo Macho Gomez and his wife Carmen Zingg of males in the Paradise, and Alfredo as entertainment brought that night the magician Fassmer, very fashionable at the time, passing through Caracas (where he presented a daily basis act in the NATIONAL THEATRE) . Must have been on 3 November 1950.

Fassmer appeared in the living room, where guests gathered with a helper and covered eyes (and as his assistant) with a black cloth and began to give names, phone numbers, identification cards, passport numbers, place of birth, etc.. from the audience. X as the guests were very impressed, knowing that even the host had these details.

suddenly turned to the door of the room (which was behind the audience) and said that someone important in the country was entering at that moment, everyone turned and could see that in fact there was coming Lieutenant Colonel Carlos Delgado Chalbaud, then President of the Military Junta (which other members were Lt. COL. Marcos Perez Jimenez and Lt. COL. Luis Felipe LLOVERA PÁEZ), dressed in civilian clothes, who was a cousin-brother Alfredo on the maternal side.

Apparently Fassmer said then that the person who had come she was alone, identified as a Mercedes Benz (small) the vehicle he was driving, gave a correct number plate of the car and added: "Take care of yourself because you they will kill you. "

That fell among the attendees as a bucket of ice water, but Delgado Chalbaud took a joke and said it does not matter to be alone or with escorts when one arrives on time.

in any way the President's mood did not dispel the unpleasant environment, and the guests hurriedly took leave and before 12 pm the party was over.

On November 13 Paco Scannone called X from the Military Hospital where he worked, to tell who had just entered the body of Delgado Chalbaud foully murdered that morning.

FRAGMENT Americas, CHAPTER XX Fassmer, biography. The power of the will.

... the couple flew to Venezuela. They arrived in Caracas in early November 1950. They also found a turbulent political situation. The ruling military junta had overthrown in 1948 Romulo Gallegos, headed by Colonel Carlos Delgado Chalbaud. Fassmer did not, of course, no idea what was happening in the country, but after a success in the National Theater that stood out in the press in a way that today we would consider excessive, was required immediately by members of the government to receive them in consultation. Just took a couple of days to learn of the tensions that affected the government at the highest level. Delgado Chalbaud personally knew and his wife, there's no doubt, but the event gave rise to cabals and inventions that Fassmer never confirmed.

Delgado Chalbaud was kidnapped and murdered on 13 November. In his office he found a telegram had been sent Fassmer few hours before the kidnapping. In 1982, Fassmer accepted that his death had sensed feeling the symptoms that affected him in such cases, and had found very easily, the explanation for these symptoms. A few days before the assassination, had been in consultation with the general Rafael Urbina, who was blamed for the murder of Delgado Chalbaud, which in turn was killed while trying to flee. Fassmer thought his discomfort might be due to the fact that perceived stress waving Urbina General at the time. Could perceive, too, his intentions? What did the telegram? He warned "Delgado Chalbaud of what had caught talking to Urbina? Fassmer did not respond.

-not to stir, "said his daughter. You put it canceled a meeting because he had pain tummy. (In Catalan in the original)

Whatever the case, the name was attached to Fassmer Delgado Chalbaud and then join the Eloy Tarazona and Venezuela. In 1980, Oscar Yanez is mentioned in the book to transcribe the confession of Pedro Antonio Diaz, who claims to be the one who pulled the trigger on the gun that killed the president of the junta.

Note: On the message of Dr. Kerdel-Vegas it make some points:
First Fassmer was not a magician, was mental. Mentalism is a branch of illusionism and, because the illusion has been confused always with magic, it is likely that the confusion arises here. In Chapter XIX, called The swindlers terms are clarified by specifying the occupation of each. As Fassmer, never used magic, in fact, did not think had any magic effect other than to entrust him the beliefs of everyone.

Second, Fassmer was not sighted. In the dictionary of the Real Academia de la Lengua, the term, in its esoteric sense, appears with two meanings: p erson
which aims to guess the future or to clarify what is hidden and the person who has visions are supernatural or out what considered common. Throughout his career, Fassmer had to speak before the press with the stereotyped language used mentalists, futurists and other similar professionals since the beginning of the shows "psychic" in the late nineteenth century. In private, always expressed serious doubts about the phenomenon of precognition, the prophecies attributed to natural vision, the deductive ability or chance. There is a story in Chapter XX, Las Americas illustrating their position. As required in Havana for a journalist to say how many would graced with the first prize in the lottery, let Fassmer the first number that came to mind. The fact that it did not buy that number shows that Fassmer not think of any time that it was a premonition. When the number was, in effect, rewarded, Fassmer attributed it to chance.

No data goal in life Fassmer shows that knew or believed to be able to divine the future. The only evidence that it did, the form of anecdotes like the one we referred to Dr. Kerdel-Vegas. But how objective are the kinds of stories and how much post processing? They are claiming that thousands of predictions made Fassmer in their consultations and private meetings in which he acted. Do they really made predictions that were met or people, conditioned by hypnosis, which they believed?

Rocafort Jose Mir did have to suffer from the effects of childhood that made him a power to sense, somehow, the imminent death of a person (see Chapter IX, A faculty uncomfortable), but never believed that the phenomenon indicated that he could "see" the future. For many years trying to find a cause that power so strange and painful, but never got it. Finally accepted that that faculty, like others who do not normally share most eidetic memory, for example, belongs to the mysteries of the mind that science has not yet fully explain.

If everything above this mafestó Fassmer never said in any way that I had visions, we must conclude, without doubt, it was not sighted.

As for the paraprofessionals or Fassmer, it was his wife, Josephine of the Church, under the pseudonym Miss Deyka participated in the show until the separation of the two in 1954.

Fassmer and presented Deyka several times in Venezuela between 1950 and 1954. In Caracas in 1953 opened a nightclub, "La Cueva del Guacharo." Fassmer left the country in 1954 and went on a private visit in 58. At the end of the sixties began to Caracas to visit once a year, until 1977, to provide Mental Dynamics courses.
