In an effort worthy of admiration, not only by how hard the same, but also by the constancy and the commitment set forth therein, Clemencia Labin has developed an exhibition-event called "Evening of Santa Lucia", in which a group of artists of different disciplines and regions of the world meet on the street 2D, the mythical parish Santa Lucia, in the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state. Where street families, providing home to artists so they carry out their work and present their work. It is an extraordinary experience! This year I was invited by the artist Hayfa Brea to participate as part of their curatorial proposal: "In Situ Marabino" where did the event-action THE SOUL OF THE BUSINESS, here a brief review of it and my statement of reasons Summary.
carried out a "casting" to locate a person willing to participate in the action-intervention, which met the minimum requirements of the proposal, namely, resident or community worker or participant in it, easy communication, minimal speech, physical appearance sober, gestural ability.

The concept of intervention is divided into two parts: the first is the incorporation of individuals and businesses of the city, not related to art, to engage them in action. Santa Lucia problems are the problems of Zulia, the country ... and if I allow the continent ... but for us, with an aggravating factor, are national assets, ie citizens, that all arrangements, accommodations and we want to make changes to our homes are subject to control ... but that is true?, has anyone seen taking inventory personal assets in our community in recent times? Do any of you know what it means to wealth? Are your achievements and commitments? ... If we go on the Internet, in the amount of sites that talk about Maracaibo What is the first thing they see? all know the mechanisms to remedy our ills, we must use our power of decision, made tangible, visible, that is papabile in our streets, water pipes that supply our homes, our civic value is reflected in our security, that the energy of our willingness to be translated into continuous light and power for our streets, that events like this are ongoing actions that go beyond our homes and the street, which pernee awareness of our neighbors and which participate not only as receivers and support these fantastic guests who generously shares her art with us, let us the art itself, the art of life where our actions are supported by our culture and our common sense, without prejudice, exclusion where our abilities are respected and celebrated at fair value ...
